Today, NASCAR declared that Ice Cube will perform on Sunday 6 February during the race break of the Busch Light Clash at the Coliseum. The Ice Cube performance will broadcast live on the FOX channel, improving an already impressive lineup of racing and entertainment for the season-opening exhibition race within the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
Ben Kennedy, NASCAR senior vice president of strategy and innovation said, “Ice Cube is nothing more than a rapper, actor, and entertainer”. He was an icon who reached the pinnacle with all his efforts. We are grateful that he will perform at this unprecedented event in downtown Los Angeles.
Additionally, Ice Cube is the founder of the Big3 Basketball League and an entrepreneur in professional sports. He is no stranger to NASCAR, as he competes in the 2018 NASCAR Cup Series races at Auto Club Speedway.
Pitbull will also feature a 45-minute Coca-Cola concert ahead of the 150-lap main event on Sunday, February 6, and more celebrities appearances will be announced for the Busch Light Clash at the Coliseum in the coming weeks.
