The NASCAR Cup Series 2024 Cook Out 400 (Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 400) will take place at Martinsville Speedway in Ridgeway, Virginia, on 7 April 2024. It will be the 9th race of the NASCAR Cup Series 2024, contested more than 400 laps on the 210-mile (0.847 km) short track.  From 1950 to 1955, it did not have a name and was named Virginia 500 in 1956. This is the first of two games on the track, and the other is the Xfinity 500 in the NASCAR playoffs. Blue-Emu took over the rights for the competition as part of a multi-year agreement with NASCAR in 2020. The most recent winner of this race was Martin Truex Jr.

With the Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 400 night game in April and the Xfinity 500 becoming the penultimate cup series of this season, the brawl for Martinsville's grandfather clock will continue to be fierce as ever."
