The NASCAR Truck Series Daytona RC 2021 will take place on Friday, 19 February 2021, at Daytona International Speedway infield road course in Daytona Beach, Florida. In the 2020 season, the race first played as a temporary event in response to canceled races due to the Coronavirus pandemic. This year in 2021, the race will back as before.

The 2020 winner of the competition was Sheldon Creed. This event will support the Go Bowling 235 NASCAR Cup Series and UNOH 188 NASCAR Xfinity Series.

Speedway President Chip Wile said Daytona International Speedway is famous for its iconic moments. Last year's first NASCAR road race with a long history was exciting and became the heritage of the world racing center. "It's great to see our three winners move on and raise the championship trophy in Phoenix." We are happy to participate in these three series again.
