On Sunday NASCAR’S Round of 12 playoff race at Texas was delayed after 52 laps due to persistent fog. If weather permits, the game will resume on Tuesday. The tuesday scheduled race again postponed to wednesday because of heavy rain.

Monday’s tentative plan is to start Autotrader EchoPark Automotive 500 at 03:30 am Eastern Time. However, a continuous rain delayed the race again, and it will move to play on Tuesday at noon ET, the race will resume on lap 53 with Clint Bowyer leading.

When the race was suspended, Jimmie Johnson, Erik Jones, Joey Logano, and Martin Truex Jr. entered the top five.

Truex Jr. was suspended for 20 points for failing a pre-match check-despite the postponement, this penalty still exists. He is now in serious trouble chasing the title. After Joey Logano won last weekend, only three positions remain.
